Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number at XMajiCreationsX@gmail.com and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days if it has been longer than that please contact us. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
