Shipping policy

Processing Time All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

• International: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at XMajiCreationsX@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work to resolve the issue.

International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Made-to-Order Notice Because all items are custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors on the customer's part. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
